💼 About This Role

You'll review AI/ML systems at a technical level and translate technical characteristics into governance positions for a growing entertainment platform. You'll embed governance checkpoints into development workflows to ensure compliance with EU AI Act and other frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review AI model design, training, validation, and deployment architecture
• Conduct risk assessments for bias, explainability, privacy, and robustness
• Embed governance checkpoints into product and engineering workflows
• Produce assurance reports and track remediation actions

📋 Requirements

• Experience in AI/ML or model risk in a regulated environment
• Background as ML engineer, data scientist, or model validator
• Knowledge of EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI RMF, or similar frameworks
• Ability to interpret model documentation and architecture diagrams

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LLM/generative AI patterns
• Experience with cloud AI environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong stakeholder and delivery skills
