You'll manage billing for pediatric therapy and nursing services, handling claims, denials, and appeals. You'll work with Texas Medicaid MCOs and commercial payers to ensure accurate reimbursements in a centralized billing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and process pediatric therapy and nursing billing documentation.
• Submit claims verifying authorizations, units, modifiers, and provider info.
• Manage and resolve claim denials from Texas Medicaid MCOs.
• Handle commercial payer denials including Aetna, Cigna, and BCBS.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of billing experience in pediatric therapy or nursing services.
• Experience with Texas Medicaid MCOs and denial resolution.
• Familiarity with authorization requirements and payer guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

• Experience with commercial insurance billing.
• EMR experience Raintree, KanTime, or similar.
