You'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
