💼 About This Role
You'll drive long-term retention and growth across a portfolio of high-value Enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor to restaurant executives. You'll own adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes using data and executive engagement to deliver ARR targets.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Co-create Customer Success Plans linking R365 capabilities to business outcomes
- Lead Business Impact Reviews and Executive Business Reviews
- Manage account health, risk, and renewal forecasting
- Surface Customer Success Qualified Leads for expansion
📋 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with multi-location or franchise restaurant groups
- Hands-on experience with CS and GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong)
- Demonstrated success owning renewal and expansion outcomes for mid-to-large ARR customers

- Restaurant365 experience
- AI & automation skills with tools like Gong, Gainsight rules/CTAs
- Experience in vertical SaaS or complex multi-stakeholder environments
