You'll source and purchase electric vehicles from private sellers, using market data and AI tools. Your work directly impacts inventory growth and profitability at a fast-growing EV retailer. You'll also help shape a best-in-class selling experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source EVs via inbound trade-in and appraisal requests.
• Proactively pursue outbound private seller opportunities.
• Evaluate vehicles using pricing tools and market data.
• Negotiate offers and close deals with sellers.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2-6+ years of experience in vehicle buying and appraising.
• Strong understanding of used vehicle pricing and market dynamics.
• Experience with vehicle appraisal tools (MMR, KBB, Black Book).
• Comfortable using CRMs and lead management systems (vAuto, VinSolutions).
