As a Senior Staff Tech Recruiter at Nubank, you will serve as a key strategic partner in our global expansion, driving talent strategy for the Silicon Valley/Bay Area and beyond. You will own complex technical searches, design scalable global hiring flywheels, and architect inclusive hiring practices to build high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley/Bay Area or global tech hubs.
• Encyclopedic understanding of the North American tech landscape.
• Mastery of talent analytics to manage executive expectations and pivot strategies.
• Expert-level command of ATS and advanced sourcing intelligence tools.
• English proficiency is mandatory; experience scaling Fintech or Big Tech engineering teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core consultant to stakeholders, defining long-term capacity plans and talent bar standards for global tech hubs.
• Own talent strategy for Silicon Valley/Bay Area, identifying candidates, market shifts, and competitive intelligence.
• Drive complex technical searches requiring high-touch, bespoke engagement.
• Design and iterate on global hiring flywheels to identify pipeline bottlenecks and build scalable solutions.
• Architect systemic inclusive hiring practices to build diverse, high-performing global teams.
