Description

You will evolve the HR function by leading AI automation initiatives, upgrading HR infrastructure (HiBob), driving people analytics, and optimizing compensation and benefits. You'll partner cross-functionally to build scalable, data-driven HR operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Operations experience in fast-paced environment
  • Strong systems orientation (HRIS experience required; HiBob advantage)
  • Hands-on mindset with AI tools, workflow automation, or building simple agents
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/data-driven decision making)
  • Business acumen and ability to connect people metrics to company KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI automation initiatives: build and deploy AI agents, experiment with new tools, enable human+agent collaboration
  • Own and evolve HRIS (HiBob), design scalable workflows across employee lifecycle, ensure data integrity and tool integrations
  • Drive people analytics: convert workforce data into actionable insights, build automated dashboards, use predictive thinking
  • Optimize compensation and benefits, ensure compliance across employment lifecycle processes and policies
  • Champion continuous improvement: partner with Finance, Legal, TA, and business leaders to align frameworks and introduce automation
