Your core impact will be architecting performant, reliable mobile features under real-world constraints like offline networks and old devices. This role offers real autonomy and influence as you partner with product and backend teams on feature definition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Nash React Native driver app end to end.
• Design and build performant mobile features for delivery operations.
• Iterate on critical flows like jobs, navigation, and offline resilience.
• Partner with Product and backend teams on features and APIs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production mobile apps.
• Deep React Native expertise with understanding of tradeoffs.
• Experience building apps for frontline or operational workers.
• Strong product intuition and ownership mindset.

• Experience shipping a driver app, delivery app, or field operations app.
• Side projects or open source contributions showing craftsmanship.
