You'll own critical financial processes including month-end close, executive reporting, and variance analysis for a fast-growing pre-IPO technology organization. Your core impact is translating financial results into clear insights that shape leadership decisions. This role offers significant ownership and the chance to help build a modern FP&A function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end close process for timely financial reporting
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting for executive leadership
• Perform variance and flux analysis to explain performance drivers
• Maintain and enhance three-statement financial models
• Support workforce planning and headcount reporting

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate FP&A
• Strong experience with month-end close cycles and executive reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Solid understanding of three-statement modeling and variance analysis

• Familiarity with SaaS or consumption-based business models
• Experience with imperfect data sets structuring into insights
