💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for brokerage clients, assisting with onboarding, account issues, and platform troubleshooting in a fast-growing fintech. You'll monitor support queues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve trader issues quickly. This role offers high visibility and growth potential as Tradeify expands its brokerage services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist brokerage clients via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Help customers with account onboarding and KYC documentation.
• Troubleshoot common trading platform or connectivity issues.
• Track support trends to improve internal workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in brokerage support or trading operations.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with futures trading or trading platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting active traders or brokerage customers.
• Knowledge of futures markets, margin, and order types.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Intercom.
