You'll serve as the technical counterpart to Account Management teams, onboarding customers and implementing direct mail solutions using the Lob platform. You will build trusted partnerships to accelerate time-to-value and ensure successful deployment and adoption. This role offers the stability of a physical product with the growth of a profitable SaaS company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead technical implementations for customer onboarding
- Consult with customers to document and validate technical requirements
- Manage multiple complex implementation projects to go-live
- Partner with Account Managers on customer expansions
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in an Implementation or Solutions Engineer role
- Technical proficiency on APIs and third-party integrations
- Working knowledge of CRM, CDP, or marketing automation tools
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience presenting to Marketing and Technical Professionals including Directors/VPs
- Deep experience with technical project management
- Logistics or Direct Mail experience
