📋 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Linguistics or related field.
• Strong research experience in LLMs, Conversational AI, or Speech systems.
• Experience mentoring junior researchers or research engineers.
• Ability to lead experiments and drive hands-on research as an individual contributor.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Spoken Conversational AI or Speech LLMs.
• Ability to develop and lead independent research programs.
