Description

You will be a technical leader and architect for 6sense products, building sophisticated frontend abstractions and defining best-class engineering standards. You'll bridge complex data-driven requirements with high-performance user interfaces, collaborating closely with Product Designers to deliver world-class AI-driven experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Mastery of React and TypeScript
• Proven ability to build internal products (libraries, hooks, components)
• Deep experience with Playwright for E2E and Jest for unit testing
• Expert knowledge of CSS/SCSS and CSS Modules
• Experience using Storybook to maintain a living design system
• Ability to profile browser performance and optimize React component trees
• Exceptional ability to articulate technical trade-offs
• Understanding of AI-native software development practices
• Proven ability to adopt and drive modern engineering paradigms including AI integration

Responsibilities

• Translate high-fidelity designs into fluid, responsive, and accessible products
• Design and build efficient, reusable frontend abstractions and systems
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Define and monitor Core Web Vitals, solve complex performance issues
• Lead design and code reviews with focus on long-term maintainability
• Interact with team members to incorporate innovations into frontend ecosystem
• Oversee testing strategy across unit, integration, and E2E layers
• Conduct high-level code reviews, write RFCs, and mentor Senior/Lead engineers
• Stay at the forefront of the ecosystem and strategically adopt new technologies
• Leverage generative AI and AI coding tools to accelerate developer productivity
