• Manage move-in/move-out flow including inspections and deposits
• Operate Appfolio for customer data, maintenance, and contracts
• Assign work orders and assist with property repairs
• Communicate with landlords and vendors on maintenance progress

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of property management experience with multiple buildings
• Proficiency in Appfolio and management software
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Fluent English speaking and writing
