• Design and maintain a comprehensive playbook for new client delivery
• Build and implement governance models for continuous improvement
• Create standardized decks, documentation, checklists, and delivery schedules
• Develop reusable templates and frameworks to improve operational efficiency
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose practical solutions
