You'll define the analytics strategy for a new category of AI-powered hardware products, building the reporting and insight engine for the post-purchase service lifecycle. Your work will directly improve customer experience and operational efficiency across warranty, returns, and reverse logistics. This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch in a 0→1 environment at a leading AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define core metrics and reporting logic for service analytics
• Build data models and pipelines with Data Engineering
• Forecast warranty return rate and cost
• Lead deep-dive analyses on cost of quality and claim drivers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in BI, analytics, or data science
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience building analytics systems from 0→1
• Experience with forecasting and unit economics
