🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of informatics professionals.
• Serve as authority on clinical ontologies and data normalization.
• Maintain clinical ontology mappings (ICD-10, SNOMED CT, etc.).
• Execute data quality monitoring and remediation routines.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare data or clinical informatics with Bachelor's (7+ with Master's).
• Hands-on experience with clinical ontologies and terminology management.
• Proven team leadership including setting priorities and managing performance.
• SQL proficiency for querying and validating healthcare datasets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Medical or Health Informatics.
• Professional certifications (RHIA, CCS, CHDA).
• Experience with EHR, claims, or real-world data environments.
