You'll lead manufacturing processes for cutting-edge electromagnetic warfare hardware at a defense tech company. Your core impact includes driving process improvements and ensuring highest quality production for electromechanical assemblies. This role offers hands-on work with prototype hardware and full-scale production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own assembly, integration, and test for electromechanical assemblies
• Lead Kaizen events for continuous improvement
• Write work instructions and quality plans
• Collaborate with design engineering on DFx for NPI transitions

📋 Requirements

• Degree in technical field (engineering, math, or hard science)
• 8+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environment
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RF products requiring system AI&T
• Exposure to scaling product testing and production
• Current active U.S. Secret security clearance
