💼 About This Role

You'll pilot European expansion, manage social relations, and provide high-level legal support to transform legal complexity into actionable business solutions. You'll act as the right hand to the CHRO, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment across all European Availability Zones. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Pilot HR implementation for new country openings
• Coordinate and challenge external legal counsel and payroll providers
• Manage international mobility files
• Act as lead expert for management on employment law matters

📋 Requirements

• Master 2 in Social Law or Human Resources
• 4-5 years experience in similar role with law firm or international exposure
• Proven expertise in multi-site management within Europe
• Full English fluency for daily international interaction

• Knowledge of French labor law and European regulations
