💼 About This Role

You'll oversee and optimize plant production processes at a leading power-to-liquids jet fuel company, ensuring efficient and reliable operations. You'll develop production plans, implement process improvements, and meet targets while deploying new CO2 electrolyzer technology. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe working environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement production plans to meet targets.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years in refining, chemical manufacturing, or chloralkali.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA PSM safety regulations.
• Proficiency in production software for data analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Fischer-Tropsch reactors, hydrocracking, or fractionation.
