🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain property grounds, including lawn mowing and landscaping.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Clean pool and spa per manufacturer specifications.
• Assist with snow removal and pressure washing as needed.

📋 Requirements

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma
• 1 year experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
