💼 About This Role

You'll lead on-site engineering teams using augmented reality technology to ensure construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll coordinate daily activities, perform quality inspections, and drive adoption of the XYZ platform among clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Site Engineers.
• Conduct progress tracking against BIM models using AR device.
• Perform on-site QA inspections and record findings.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings with clients.

📋 Requirements

• Experience on large scale construction projects.
• Supervision or coordination of small teams.
• Understanding of construction drawings and BIM models.
• Comfortable using digital construction tools.
