You'll assist in maintaining and upgrading a cannabis facility's equipment and infrastructure. Your core impact involves performing advanced repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction to ensure smooth operations. This role offers a structured day shift with rotating on-call weekends in a dynamic industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform major HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
• Lead preventative and breakdown maintenance on all equipment
• Complete work orders and maintain inventory of supplies
• Unload freight deliveries and perform other maintenance duties

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of maintenance experience
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction
• Welding and fabrication mastery
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
