Description

You will own a specific monetization vertical in Marvel Strike Force, defining strategy, setting OKRs, and using SQL and A/B testing to optimize performance. You'll be accountable for driving revenue and engagement metrics while ensuring synergy with the broader live operations.

Requirements

• Background in data analysis or economy transitioning to product management
• High proficiency in SQL (non-negotiable)
• Significant experience in free-to-play mobile games live ops or monetization
• Proven track record using A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development
• Experience with OKR frameworks and accountability for revenue targets

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of a specific monetization vector (e.g., Battle Pass, Character Launch)
• Define and hit OKRs and KPIs for revenue and engagement
• Use SQL for deep-dive analysis into player segments
• Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize offers and features
• Monitor live results daily and iterate on tuning and rewards
