💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the guardian and growth engine for our largest decentralized enterprise accounts. You will own contract renewals, drive expansion into new business units, and orchestrate complex governance to ensure Malt becomes a strategic workforce backbone. This role offers direct impact on multi-million euro partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own national contracts and lead MSA renewal processes.
  • Map complex org structures and activate new business units.
  • Run structured prospection to identify new teams and departments.
  • Prepare and lead high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record in Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales.
  • 2–10 major accounts managed in a decentralized portfolio.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your home country.
