💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team to keep our Class 8 fleet safe and reliable. You'll perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on day cabs and trailers under warranty. This role offers growth with certification reimbursement and internal training programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements on fleet
• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Repair aftertreatment systems and perform regens
• Maintain accurate records and optimize vehicle performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks or similar
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines and systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop usage
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• MIG welding experience
• T-series ASE certifications
• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
