📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in account management, sales, or business development
• 2 years in most recent role with growth
• Experience in auto finance or dealership account management
• Willingness for six-day work week with daily in-person visits

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
