💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of partner accounts across professional and enterprise sports organizations, driving adoption and value of our Performance suite. You'll build trust-based relationships with performance staff and ensure organizations get real platform value. This role anchors in one core product area (High Performance, Strength & Conditioning, or Nutrition) while building cross-suite knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end implementation and adoption for your primary product
• Build relationships with performance directors, coaches, and sports scientists
• Guide data governance and performance dashboards for actionable insights
• Monitor account health and develop renewal and growth strategies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in professional/enterprise sports in performance, sports science, strength & conditioning, or sports nutrition
• Deep knowledge in at least one performance domain (athlete monitoring, S&C, or nutrition)
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and build stakeholder consensus
• Hands-on experience with Teamworks Performance products or comparable platform

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge across full Teamworks Performance ecosystem
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflow
• Experience spanning multiple performance domains
