You'll study project plans and specifications to generate accurate cost estimates for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors. Your core impact is creating competitive proposals that win projects while supporting project managers with change orders. You'll work with a collaborative team using specialized estimating software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope and requirements.
• Develop itemized cost estimates using Accu-bid and LiveCount software.
• Coordinate with engineers on BIM layouts.
• Prepare RFIs and mark up drawings using Bluebeam Revu.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Estimator.
• Knowledge of Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer estimating software.
• Ability to read and comprehend specifications and multiple trade drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

✨ Nice to Have

• Residential and commercial estimating experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
