🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build high-integrity backend systems for investment products.
• Own end-to-end delivery of client signup, investment, and redemption processes.
• Build and maintain financial infrastructure like reconciliation controls and ledgers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Infrastructure.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience solving distributed systems challenges (scalability, consistency, latency).
• Mastery of backend technologies (Kotlin, Vert.x, Temporal, Kafka).
• Experience with cloud technologies (GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with observability tooling (Splunk, NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with automated tests and quality control processes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
