You'll play a key role in opening new European markets and managing a pipeline of real estate deals. You'll accelerate transactions from origination to closing while assessing portfolio risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a pipeline of deals across European markets
• Lead efforts to open new markets including entity setup and compliance
• Oversee local counsel in document negotiation and due diligence
• Advise on commercial and corporate matters

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a commercial real estate lawyer
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state
• Residence and work authorization within the EU
• Written and spoken fluency in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ground lease aggregation, wireless telecom, or renewable energy
• Fluency in at least one other European language
• Fluency with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce
