💼 About This Role

You'll own client execution across PactFi's platform for private credit transactions. You'll directly manage Tier 1 client accounts, leading product implementation and API onboarding. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a client enablement team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Tier 1 client accounts across implementation and training
• Lead onboarding and go-live for new clients and products
• Own day-to-day client questions, troubleshooting, and support
• Partner with Product and Engineering on API implementations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years leading complex technology implementations
• Experience owning client onboarding for large clients
• Comfort working with APIs and technical integrations
• Ability to manage senior-level client stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in private credit or financial infrastructure
• Background in FinTech or enterprise SaaS
