🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead UX research, blueprinting, and system evaluations.
• Manage design and implementation across multiple sites and applications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps.
• Collaborate with federal engineers and clients on solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years combined professional UX design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and UCD principles.
• Experience with 508 and USWDS compliance.

• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience creating data visualizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
