💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end production of a vertical short drama series using our proprietary AI stack for a top 15 fastest-growing AI company. You'll direct, edit, and finish each episode yourself while collaborating with an elite remote team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1-2 series of 10-15 episodes each (~1 min per episode).
• Work with in-house AI copilot for character consistency.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode independently.
• Collaborate with AI content creators, tech team, and exec team.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts for hooks and cliffhangers.
• Experience with AI generation tools like Runway Gen-4 or Sora 2.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Familiarity with Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, or Seedance.
