💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer-facing engagements for an agentic AI platform that detects and takes down impersonators. You'll ensure successful delivery from pilot to long-term adoption, partnering with sales and product teams. This role offers the chance to shape trust infrastructure for the modern internet at a fast-paced startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with sales to gather requirements and deliver tailored demos
• Own customer environment deployment and platform configuration
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers
• Lead customer onboarding and monitor health signals for adoption

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• Strong technical aptitude to deploy and configure platforms
• Experience with enterprise customers and diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for complex concepts
