You will support the Connection Center by executing events, interacting with customers to generate reservations, and promoting Scout Supply sales. You'll work with leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience and gather post-event feedback to improve future initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience
  • 2+ years of CRM management and customer data collection experience
  • Experience in merchandise execution and inventory maintenance
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Execute events and implement directives with leadership teams
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for operational excellence
