Description

You will lead site-based continuous improvement activities, facilitating kaizen events and training teams on lean tools in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with operations and engineering to improve productivity, quality, and flow, while maintaining improvements through process audits.

Requirements

• Experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean tools and kaizen facilitation.
• Ability to train and coach teams on lean fundamentals.
• Analytical skills to assess process performance.
• Experience with standard work and process audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate kaizen events for labor productivity, layout, and material flow.
• Develop and deploy standard work across production and support areas.
• Train and coach operators, supervisors, and engineers on lean fundamentals.
• Support site-level strategy deployment and KPI management systems.
• Sustain improvements through layered process audits and tiered accountability.
