Description

You will shape the vision, development, and rollout of pricing and promotion products for Kroger. Leveraging price science and AI, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric strategies and support product innovation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong strategic thinking and customer perspective
• Ability to own and independently lead initiatives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong business/commercial acumen
• Strong communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders

• Ability to explain technical concepts
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)

Responsibilities

• Help shape vision, development, and rollout of pricing and promotion products
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy and translate business requirements
• Support adoption of pricing and promotion solutions
• Act as bridge between business, product, data science, and technology teams
• Develop expertise in price science methodologies and Kroger's pricing systems
• Support product roadmap planning and identify enhancement opportunities
• Assist with change management and measure product impact and user adoption
