🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and motivate a team of outbound BDRs to exceed goals.
• Coach and mentor BDRs to improve sales skills and prepare for AE roles.
• Oversee team performance by managing metrics and CRM accuracy.
• Build and execute outbound strategy partnering with sales and marketing.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of management experience with high-performing sales development teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals as both individual and leader.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency with sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
