📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR leadership in compensation and benefits.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CCP, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Master's degree in HR or related field.
• Advanced HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, CEBS).
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
