You'll serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer cases at Delinea, a leader in identity security. You'll diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues while rebuilding trust in challenging situations. This role offers the chance to mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage escalated customer cases with technical expertise and empathy.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues in Delinea products.
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Document findings and best practices to improve knowledge sharing.

📋 Requirements

  • Enterprise-level support experience for software solutions.
  • Network protocols knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
  • Linux/Unix/Windows OS troubleshooting skills.
  • Software code debugging principles and techniques.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (C#, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
