You will lead FP&A and financial close processes, building models to guide senior leadership and partnering with department heads to manage budgets. Your work directly influences strategic decisions at a mission-driven media company.

Requirements

• Working understanding of GAAP
• Excellent analytical skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Los Angeles-based or willing to relocate within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Maintain, review, and present financial models for executive decision-making
• Partner with department heads to manage budgets
• Model gross profit for new projects in greenlight process
• Lead month-end close entries and financial reporting
• Analyze departmental results vs budget variances
