You'll drive the growth marketing strategy for Caseware in the US and Canada, focusing on new business acquisition. You'll own omnichannel campaigns and optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC. This role offers the chance to shape strategy with an established Fintech leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns including email and webinars
• Develop ICPs and key personas for efficient buying journeys
• Optimize the regional marketing funnel to improve conversion rates
• Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs like CPL and MQLs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation focus
• Proven success driving pipeline in North American markets
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with performance reporting experience

• Experience in accounting or audit industry
