Account Manager, LATAM

Description
You will manage and grow relationships with clients across LATAM, acting as the main point of contact for commercial needs. You'll develop account plans to drive engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities, while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align strategies and communicate client feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of account management, customer success, or digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and CRM solutions
- Trilingual proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
- Willingness to travel within LATAM
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts in LATAM
- Develop and execute account plans to drive engagement, retention, and upsell
- Identify and cultivate relationships with decision-makers
- Navigate sales stages from qualification to closed-won to meet quota
- Coordinate with Customer Success on renewal process
