Description

You will support the facilities team with corporate real estate matters, including lease and acquisition negotiations, transaction execution, and portfolio management. You'll collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Associate/bachelor's degree and 10+ years corporate real estate experience, or 15+ years experience
• Active real estate license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Archibus
• Ability to travel 5-10% and work extended hours/weekends
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR

Responsibilities

• Support corporate real estate matters including lease and acquisition negotiations

• Track key property portfolio details and critical dates
• Gather market data to facilitate internal decisions
