🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns and product explainers
• Develop storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
• Mentor junior motion designers and provide creative feedback
• Oversee motion production pipeline from concept to delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in motion design or animation
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design and animation

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
• Knowledge of 3D animation and advanced visual effects
