💼 About This Role
You'll lead the global strategy and execution of our top-of-funnel growth engine as VP, Sales Development. You will build a predictable, scalable pipeline and maintain a high-performance talent incubator for the entire sales organization. Reporting to the CRO, you'll drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Product.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute global SDR roadmap aligned with ARR targets
- Own lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and implement sophisticated forecasting
- Optimize sales tech stack (AI, CRM, Intent data) to maximize efficiency
- Partner with Marketing and Product for seamless lead transitions
- Scale multi-tier leadership structure and oversee SDR-to-AE career path
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales/SDR roles
- 6+ years managing Managers and Directors
- Proven track record of scaling global teams in high-growth environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and modern outbound orchestration tools

- Experience in enterprise software or data platforms
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or open-source ecosystems
