• Lead, coach, and develop a team of writers with clear expectations and feedback.
• Maintain editorial standards across all human-produced content.
• Own Hostinger blog's editorial direction and content calendar.
• Hire, onboard, and grow your team based on company needs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years writing or editing, with at least 2 in a team lead role
• Proven experience managing or mentoring content writers
• Strong editorial confidence with a clear point of view
• Familiarity with SEO content and what makes it work editorially
