🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery and integration of AI platform into customer environments
• Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives and requirements
• Guide customers in tailoring AI agent capabilities to solve operational challenges
• Proactively analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in forward-deployed, customer-facing roles at high-growth tech companies
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end
• Strong grasp of technical fundamentals (APIs, integrations)
• Comfortable using analytical tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery)
