💼 About This Role

You'll lead architectural excellence for Virtru's data infrastructure, designing and scaling cloud data warehouses and SRE practices. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership to drive zero-trust data protection at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead system design and architecture reviews for data warehouses
• Create and maintain architectural documentation (ADRs)
• Design data lakehouse models and integration patterns
• Partner with engineering managers to define technical health metrics

📋 Requirements

• Cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse)
• Lakehouse platforms (Databricks, Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, or Hudi)
• Data modeling techniques (Kimball, Data Vault, or dimensional modeling)
• SRE principles and deploying applications to cloud at scale
